Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Amazing experience at Seray. It was our first time dining here and it was during Vienna restaurant week. Our server, Daygu was wonderful!!! Staff was super attentive. We wanted to try a Lebanese wine and couldn't decide which one, so we were offered a taste and chose the Chateau Kefraya which was an excellent choice. We tried the restaurant week menu for $49 pp and started with the goat cheese salad with figs, walnuts, oranges and a light vinaigrette. We also had the dip sampler with freshly made bread. I could make a meal on that fluffy bread. Next up was the mixed grill with chicken, the most tender beef and lamb kaftan. All served with rice that had plenty of crispy burnt pieces. Every bite was bursting with flavor. Next was dessert with a heavenly baklava and ashta, so goooood. The place was packed with the best service. We WILL be back!!! A bit loud, but we still.enjoyed our meal.

What an exquisite experience. The servers are welcoming and attentive. The food is gorgeously prepared and plated. Order the chicken shawarma sliders!!! Everything top tier. The atmosphere is cozy and modern. I particularly enjoyed the music and lighting. There were tables of couples, of friends getting together, and whole birthday party groups. The space accommodates any occasion- be it big or small- one might be having. It was lovely to see so many different dinner experiences happening at once, and all happy and well-fed.

The food was cold and lacked seasoning. I ate here on a weekday after the lunch rush. The place was empty at the time, apart for staff members. The waiter was welcoming and afable and sat us down straight away. The dining room was clean and inviting with plenty of lights and decorative artifacts. The food on the other hand was disappointing. The fried kibbeh was very dry despite the yogurt dip; the beef kebab was overcooked and under seasoned -both times. The rice was cold and also under seasoned. The chicken dish was equally unappetizing. Nothing looked like the photos online! Even the bread was cold and tasteless because as our waiter explained, their oven was broken.
