Stopped in and decided to try one of their vegan options. Ordered the vegan chicken and waffles. Absolutely delicious. Definitely surprised how palatable everything was. The food is seasoned and cooked to perfection. I watched the chef plate my food and he definitely takes great pride in the entire culinary process. The service was awesome. I sampled the vegan pound cake and the apple cobbler pound cake. Both were amazing but I settled on the strawberry 🍓 pound cake. Definitely worth every penny. This will be one of many visits.

Darn good food made with love and high quality ingredients! I got the spates plate and it was delicious and filling. The scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection, candied turkey bacon was very tasty, and the cilantro potatoes were so good ( quite possibly the best potatoes I've ever eaten) Had a little difficulty finding the location as the sign is small, but I'm glad I did. It's in the market place along with many other small businesses and restaurants. I'll definitely be back to explore more of Sheltons menu Second meal here just as tasty as my first, highly recommend. Ketchup tasted home made, was a nice touch.
