there food is amazing!! They have the best sushi, it was very good. I definitely recommend! It does get busy on the weekends but it’s worth the wait.

Long wait times. Pool noodle insulation doesn’t keep the cold/hot air from rushing in every time someone opens the door. They serve beer past its sale date. They bring food out randomly so one person may have been completely served before another person in your group gets their first item. Some dinners come with soup or salad. Seems to be their choice because they just bring whatever they want. Wait staff is constantly distracted by the small children that are darting in and out of the living space that is part of the restaurant. Food is good, seems understaffed. I would recommend calling the order in and picking it up or plan for 90+ minutes for dinner with spotty service from the wait staff.

I’ll preface by saying I’ve always loved coming here. I bring anybody from out of town to this place and any family events are always at Shiki however my lunch time experience today has most likely put an end to that. Firstly when I place my order it’s very rude for the waitress to say “is that all?” With a face that’s sucked a sour lemon, sorry I don’t want the whole menu for a light lunch? Secondly I’ve always loved the apple sake and I get it every time I come here. Today it tasted water down and not even close to what I’ve received in the past but I kept it because I ordered it, and also because I never got the glass of water I asked for 😆. I ordered Ika Tempura and a salad for appetizers and I will say the Ika tempura was great as always but I never received the salad. This could of course all been corrected easily with a word to the sour faced server but she never came back to our table at any point before we left. Minor complaints include the Ika tempura coming out at the same time as our rolls and when I ordered the sake I only got one cup even though we were a party of two. Sad to see this place proving such poor service at the price range it should be better.
