Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

This is a Burmese place that opened not long ago! It's under new management and does not have Japanese food anymore (they did before). I was able to share a bunch of dishes amongst ten adults. Here is what we ordered (to the best of my memory): -mutton biryani $17.99 - so good!! Get this!! -khao soi tote $11.99 - This was very good. We may have gotten two orders of this. -royal tea leaf salad $13.99 - This was my personal favorite. I absolutely love all the flavors and textures. I would get this again and again. -fish cake salad $12.99 - This was popular in the group, but I enjoyed the tea leaf salad more. -fried tofu - eh, I could skip this. -noodle with pork (I don't know the name, but the meat balls were tasty) The server dude was real kind. We were the only group at the time, so he gave us a lot of attention. He spoke Burmese with one of the members in our group. He gave us free ice cream and let us pick the flavors! There is free street parking.

We had tea leaf salad, Shan noodles, and beef biryani. We were very happy to be able to dine eating authentic Burmese food. The location has a lot of potential. They have definitely earned return trips from us, looking forward to eating here again!

Enjoyed their Royal Tea-Leaf salad. Always get this dish at any Burmese restaurant. So many great fresh flavors and textures once all mixed up together. Beef Briyani was a favorite of my wife. Paratha was light, crispy, and quickly devoured by my kids while still warm. Had to try the Mohinga, unique to Myanmar tradition. All food with comforting home-cooked feel and nicely balanced. New owner and staff accommodating and friendly. Kept prior Japanese menu so now can travel thru East Asia to South Asia with their varied offerings representing the entire wide region all in one restaurant.
