Came in during lunch and it was busy didn’t mind the wait at all until I got my food. I ordered the number 2 with extra tomatoes, boiled egg, and cheddar cheese. They added cottage cheese instead of cheddar cheese and when I went to let them know they didn’t even bother acknowledge me even though I was standing right in front. Once they did the girl that made the salad didn’t bother to really pay attention to the way I wanted. So she just added a little bit of everything I ordered. But when I let her know since they charged for extra tomatoes I wanted more than just the basic amount of tomatoes. I can tell she was annoyed because instead of just handing me the salad she made me walk around the other customers for it plus gave me the oldest and most shriveled tomatoes she could find.

Great food decent prices worst customer service from employee Zoe if thats her real name assistant manager rene was ok but the girl Zoe has bad attitude she messed up our order, understandable were human we make mistakes, but when we come back to bring it to her attention and says its "no big deal" excuse me its inconvenient for some people no sorry let me fix that for you no just attitude no sorry from neither one workers thats were renew drops the ball. Do better siempre natural especially to customers thats the only reason yall stay open!!

I have really mixed feelings about this place. On one hand, the food is absolutely fantastic. Everything I’ve tried so far has been fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. You can tell there’s real effort put into crafting a menu that’s not only delicious but also genuinely healthy. It’s hard to find spots that hit both of those marks so well. Whether it’s the salads, grain bowls, or even the smoothies, everything tastes like it’s doing your body a favor without sacrificing flavor. Honestly, if I were rating just the food, it would be five stars, no question. But unfortunately, the experience gets dragged down by the staff. I don’t know if I’ve just caught them on bad days, but every time I’ve gone in, I’ve been met with the same cold, borderline rude attitude. It’s not that I expect over-the-top friendliness, but there’s a difference between being professional and just seeming like you don’t want to be there at all. The energy is dry, conversations feel transactional to a fault, and there’s zero sense of warmth or welcome. I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by showing up.
