I ordered some tamales for delivery on Christmas Eve and then my husband was laid off from work the very next day. I contacted Sierra Valley Foods to see if we could cancel our order, or, if not, if it could be redirected to a different address since the lay off affected our travel plans. Not only did they refund us, but they went ahead and sent the tamales to us anyway. It really made our day to have these complete strangers show such kindness to us during a really tough time! Thanks to them, we were able to maintain our holiday tradition and eat their DELICIOUS vegan tamales on Christmas Eve.

We made a random pit stop at the Dallas Farmers Market and came upon this gem! The vegan conchas are SO GOOD!!!! Can’t wait to go back and try more from the menu.
