Simply Zara's Treats

I wanted to do something special for my wife who earlier in the year, didn’t get a chance to blow out the candles for her 50th birthday. I told her, … “…oh, you gone blow out them candles before the year is out”. See, I wanted something “nice” -not just some thrown-together Costco cake… …but it was already a few days past Christmas and I was running short on time. I’d called other bakeries…but no one could deliver on the date I needed. Then I found Zara’s. Not only did you provide a great product…but you gave me excellent customer service. You were patient, kind, flexible and made me feel as if it were YOUR honor to take my order. I can’t tell you how much that means…especially these days when businesses seem more preoccupied with their social media status than the customer experience. —It was so nice to feel like a “valued customer” from the outset rather than being told I am in an apology letter. At any rate, we got the cake and it was everything Id wanted. My wife blew out the candles at 11:30 New Year’s Eve night…and our first taste of 2026 was Zara’s cake ….all our guests agreed, it was delicious! I highly recommend this caterer. …and thank you Zara’s for a wonderful experience! Yero

Lee Lee is a very sweet person and always provides great customer service. Her sweets are my favorite. I can literally go there everyday.
