Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Delicious Persian food. The eggplant dip is a great appetizer and all our main dishes were solid. Only thing that would have been nice was if the pita was fresh. Otherwise awesome.

Sina's Beef Koobideh...where have you been all my life? Forget everything else on the menu, order the most flavorful beef koobideh you have ever tried! West Coast, East Coast, home made, nothing compares to the flavor in the Beef Koobideh. We will be coming back and ordering....Beef Koobideh. The flavor and perfect cooking are worth it. I live in the food 🏜️ that is Cape Cod and it's worth the drive. Glad we came in here by accident. Side note: My 13 year old daughter loved the perfectly cooked crispy on the outside and juicy chicken breast and the fries were so fresh, she asked for a togo order. Armenian and Assyrian family.

Wow, the food here was just great. The quality of the meat was really excellent, and every combination of flavors worked so well together. It honestly took me back to Tehran. After the main course, we also ordered dessert and tea. The baklava was homemade and so delicious—sweet but not too sweet, just perfect. I really loved this place. This is going to be my favorite Persian restaurant.
