Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

This is an Indian buffet restaurant that has only recently opened, yet I have already visited several times and have been consistently impressed. I have actually delayed writing this review for quite a long time—nearly three months—but despite that, I still remember the flavors very clearly, which says a lot about the quality of the food. The flavors are mild and not overly spiced, while still being very enjoyable, making it an excellent choice for those who prefer less intense seasoning. One of the highlights for me is the availability of goat curry. For a lunch buffet priced similarly to other restaurants that usually offer only chicken for their curries, having goat curry included already makes it exceptional value. The selection of dishes is not as extensive as another Indian restaurant in the same city; however, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. The chicken tandoori is good, although it is slightly mild in flavor. Although there is only one dessert option, Gulab Jamun, it is a satisfying way to end the meal. The atmosphere is pleasant, the restaurant is tastefully decorated, and the staff are attentive and professional. Service may be slightly slower during busy periods, but overall the experience is very positive. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

10/10 Will absolutely be back! Singh’s Cafe gave me all the nostalgia and “home” feelings. I’m a Cali girl who grew up with Indian neighbors and amazing Indian food, buffets included, and now living in Hawaii, this experience was extra special. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive, friendly, and incredibly generous. He completely won me over when, without hesitation, he recommended the Dal Makhani as a substitute for the Palak Paneer. Yes sir, you know my heart. The Indian-inspired cocktails were such a stellar touch and actually really good. We ordered the Singh’s Feast Platter and the mango cheesecake for dessert and barely made a dent. We didn’t even eat a quarter of it. The flavors are robust, hearty, and deeply satisfying. Not overly spicy, just perfectly balanced and clearly cooked with love. And let me tell you, the leftovers slapped wrapped up in naan. The authentic touch at the end with the Mukhwas, (iykyk) was the cherry on top. Singh’s Cafe is doing it right. Incredible food, amazing service, and a whole lot of heart. Can’t wait to come back!
