Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

⭐ One Star – If I Could Leave Zero Stars, I Would If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. I booked Sip and Sweets Hibachi in August for an event taking place in November, and the entire experience was unprofessional from start to finish. I was never provided a formal contract. The owner, Christina, simply told me I needed to put down a 50% deposit, either via Square invoice or Zelle if I wanted to avoid taxes. Since I had met her once in person, I felt comfortable enough to send the 50% deposit via Zelle and planned to pay the remaining balance upon delivery of the food, which was never stated as an issue at the time. One week before my event, I still had not heard from her, so I reached out to confirm details. It became clear during that conversation that she had forgotten about our booking and had scheduled multiple jobs on the same day. She even commented that I “caught her at a good time” and mentioned how much more expensive her prices are now, which was completely unprofessional. We discussed drop-off times, the location, and I was also told that despite being a caterer, she would not be providing any serving utensils, which I also found unprofessional. Two days before the event, she reached out requesting the remaining balance upfront. At that point, I was uncomfortable proceeding. We had never agreed on paying before delivery, there was no contract, and her lack of organization and communication raised serious concerns. I still attempted to compromise by offering to pay the remaining balance through Square instead of sending additional funds via Zelle. I also asked if the taxes could be removed. She refused. I then explained that we are a non-profit organization (501(c)(3)) and should not be charged taxes. After that message, she ignored me for over 24 hours. The moment I went ahead and paid the Square invoice anyway, she immediately texted me back. When she arrived to deliver the food, she walked into the rental on the phone, did not greet anyone, and did not acknowledge the hosts. She continued her phone conversation the entire time and then propped up another phone to record content of herself setting up the food without asking or communicating with anyone. The food itself was extremely disappointing. It was dry, overcooked, and clearly not fresh. Since our event was in the evening, it was obvious the food had been prepared much earlier in the day. We ordered four proteins, and every single one was dry, hard, and almost inedible. We also had breakfast scheduled for the following morning as part of the booking. Once again, when she arrived at our Airbnb, she did not speak or acknowledge anyone upon entering our home. She charged $175 for a breakfast that was realistically worth no more than $50. I strongly recommend that no one books this business for any future events. If you are ordering food directly from her trailer or food truck, you might have a different experience. But if you are expecting fresh, hot, ready-to-serve catered food, professionalism, and clear communication, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Do not waste your time, money, or energy booking this business.

Amazing food! Friendly service!! Her teas drinks are top tier! I got the chicken & shrimp lunch meal! Fresh and seasoned great, the veggies were flavorful! Delicious all together! And her liquid drip sauce is what you need in your kitchen!!! 10/10 Recommend!

I love the food here!!! I’m always ordering the “Big Back” hibachi plate with 3 meats (salmon, steak, and shrimp). The food is delicious and flavorful, the daiquiris are delicious, and the customer service is top notch! The prices are great, too, as you get a lot of food! Anytime I want hibachi from now on, I’m coming here:)
