Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Vegan here in Augusta where the vegan market is very scarce. That being said anytime i see vegan options i grow EXTREMELY EXCITED AND EAGER. No matter the price, i just want good vegan food. Ordered a vegan fish sandwich meal for myself and vegan rasta pasta for my husband. My sandwich came with one slice of bread and 2 deep fried store bought vegan fish fillets. No condiments, sauce, nothing. Very underwhelming to say the least. I guess i expected more effort. The sides were vegan garlic noodles and green beans. The noodles were decent, very heavy in vegan butter, and the green beans were nice! The serving size for the sides are in what looks like sauce container. I did try some of my husbands vegan Rasta pasta. Had a nice spice to it i will say! He enjoyed it. All together I spent about $34 + taxes and door dash delivery came to about $50. $34 for 2 meals? Not bad at all had i did pick up. I guess thats acceptable for an order where 1 meal was enjoyed and the other was mediocre. I will say though, the true gems are the food places that are reasonable in price, but also put effort in every meal produced. That’s what keeps people coming back. I’ll never know how the non vegan food taste, but overall I’ll give the vegan food experience a 2/5.

I really was excited to try this place based off of the good reviews and was unfortunately disappointed. The customer service was very open and friendly and the pictures looked great. The food; however, was a different story. The chicken wings had no seasoning and was barely cooked all the way through. The biscuit was flavorless and didn't get past one bite. The green beans was mostly bathed in butter and barely anything else, but was at least salted to a degree. The fries were extremely oily and almost rubbery instead of crisp and again, lacked salt, but was heavily peppered. The specialty drinks are nice, but my sweet tea was just plain tea and water. No sugar or sweetness at all. Since this was cooked to order, I was very disappointed in the overall taste, but the presentation was great. Perhaps we came on a bad day, but there was a severe lack of seasoning and flavor with our order and our high hopes were instantly incinerated upon the first bite. We could not finish our food. We wish this business well, but our experience was not a good one.

Went in here a couple weeks ago for a late night pickup order DoorDashing and was met with extremely welcome faces. Spent some time talking with em and almost lost track of time; but to be fair it's quite rare to find such kindness now. Comeback later to finally try myself. To quote myself, not vegan, and was walking in completely blind. Love fish, so when I noticed they had a "Salmon Wrap" I dove into that. That plus a drink, as by the single thing specialty order by the customer, I had to see what it was about. The overall dish was impressive itself. Bundled, the ingredients all packed nicely holding well. Salmon was amazing; with the tomato and special sauce too. The drink, the one I got, was extremely sweet! Great fro my taste buds. Acclaimed vegan restaurant doesn't mean they skimp out when it comes to their meat or fish variety either. Nook in a cranny to spot, admit. Definitely worth more than the words to go visit.
