I was disappointed with my experience at this location. I regularly visit the East Meadow and New Hyde Park stores and have always had positive experiences there. Unfortunately, this location felt very disorganized. Several items were out of stock, and the store itself was noticeably dirty and sticky compared to other locations. It appeared that only one employee was working, and while they were doing their best, it’s unfair to expect one person to manage everything alone. I don’t blame the employee who was there alone , and they seemed overwhelmed. However, management should not allow the store to run like this. It reflects poorly on ownership.

Rude cashier and acai maker. Had an attitude problem throughout. Didn’t greet or say thank you. Anything came out of her mouth was negative. 2:20pm Wednesday December 10. Also had to wait for 3-4 minutes before she came. Find better people.
