They constantly mess up my orders, ignore instructions, and never give me everything I ask for. It’s a shame because the product itself is great, but the terrible service ruins the experience.

Ordered a pitaya bowl and the whole layer of pitaya was frozen almost like Italian ice lol? So weird because when I order at playa bowls the pitaya is blended and more of like a icey yogurt consistency? Not sure if it just wasn’t blended. Will only be ordering from playa bowls going forward.

My bowl was delicious until I dropped it. Best bowl I've ever had. It might've been the only bowl I've ever had but it'll sure be hard to top that! The staff member who serviced me said her name was Sarah. She was an absolute doll and was very kind and swift with her work.
