It’s a welcoming restaurant. Cozy on a rainy day, and also bright/lively. We ordered tea. Perfect. I appreciate that it came with sugar on the side. Amazing start to the meal. The appetizers (samosas) were flaky. So light and freshly made. 15-20 min later our entrees came at the same time. Warm, but not piping hot. Perfectly timed. The owner, Sofi, is attentive and sweet

The vibe here is pretty cool — like the artwork, the flowers, the dishware. The restuarant is as lovely as the owner's personality. We had a large group and enjoyed the garlic naan, the Qurma Goat Curry (the menu's font choice for some reason made me think this was Dorma Goat Curry). Asked for spicy on the Qurma and they did a nice job. I don't like my food hitting nuclear levels of heat and this was perfect. Also snagged some Kofta Curry. This had a weird texture but the sauces were pretty darn good. I'd go back and the leftovers are even better as the sauces get to mingle.

Went there last weekend for dinner, and the food was excellent and the vibe was so inviting. Sofi made some excellent recommendations and was very welcoming and friendly. We ate gol gappe and channa chaat for appetizers, then split daal tarka for dinner and they made the potato stuffed partha vegan for us. Everything was very delicious! The daal tarka was my favorite. The partha and channa chaat were a little spicy, but so good I couldn't stop eating. I am so glad we were able to find a restaurant with delicious vegan food, and we'll definitely come back and try the other vegan options. Thanks again Sofi for a lovely dinner!
