Excellent new restaurant in Woodley Park - a must visit! Along with homemade pita and dips for appetizers, we ordered the Sofra Beyti (tender ground beef with spices wrapped in lavash bread) and chicken soulvaki. The Turkish tea and pistachio baklava was dessert—the flaky pastry knocked it out of the park. Thrilled to have Sofra in the neighborhood and will be back.

Everything was amazing. An authentic Turkish and Greek restaurant where you can enjoy a wonderful lunch or dinner in a clean and comfortable atmosphere with your family, spouse, or friends. They add their own special touch to the well-known traditional flavors — and that truly makes the difference.

Their falafels were genuinely some of the best I’ve had. They were delightfully crunchy, tasty, and came with silky, rich hummus and caramelized onions. The pita bread was soft on the inside but crunchy on the outside — just perfect! The grill was also really good, but was not on the same level as the falafels. Regardless, we had a great experience at Sofra! Highly recommended
