Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I’ve been coming to this So Fresh for years and it’s always a good experience. The new management is great. I met the manager and he was super kind. The staff is friendly, and the food and drinks are always fresh. I really like the broth with zucchini noodles, and their salads and warm bowls with tofu are so good. The chips on the side always hit too. Nothing ever weighs me down, which is perfect since I work nights and need something light before my shift. They also have great vegan options. Still one of my go to spots.

Pros: actually fresh, made to order food, delicious, not overly salted chicken. Garlic noodles were great. Nice portion size. Cons: pricing. Found it strange how a small bowl starts at $7 and ends up at $12 after adding a single protein, no other add ons. Also, I think some people would find an issue with portion size, but for me it was perfect, since it doesn’t sit heavy. Also, I do think protein serving could be a little bigger. I got small bowl: citrus chicken, kale, garlic noodles, tomato, spicy Mayo

The food surprised me with how perfectly and light seasoning with so much flavor (I got the blackened chicken). A little pricey but the portions made it worth it - I got 2 meals out of 1 order. Customer service was very personable. Would go again!
