I live close to So Fresh so I pick up dinner about once a week on my way home. I have done this for the past 3 years. Usually the food is fresh and healthy and the portions are adequate. They are not cheap. It’s usually over $35 for 2 meals. This week I ordered ahead for 2 meals, one large bowl with steak and a small bowl with salmon. The steak bowl had a total of 4 small pieces of steak and the salmon portion was about half its normal size and the rest of the ingredients were not as much as usual. And it was cold. We get th same meals every time so I know how they are supposed to be prepared. we go there often and the food is usually well prepared, So, we stopped by after a trip to Target to let the manager know of our experience. First, the manager would not even come out to talk with us at all. Second, his solution was to just have an employee shove 3 pieces of steak in a small box at us and send us on our way. Unprofessional to a loyal customer. We are not Karens. We were very polite and were just trying to inform them of our experience so they could let the employees know and adjust. Stuff happens. But the way we were treated was unacceptable and rude. So, we will move on. Grill fresh has good food, great portions and is the same price. So Fresh has lost my trust and my business
