Incredibly delicious pastries and baked goods but I hope they get more consistent and/or expand production because it was disappointing that almost everything was sold out less than an hour after opening (20th in line at opening and they were already sold out of the guava tart and mustard and Gruyère croissant). I then went back at 10:55 or so to try to snag the focaccia that they said would be available at 11 but was told when I got to the front that I’d have to get back in line as they don’t do preorders (I could literally see them cutting the focaccia in the back lol). They also don’t update the printed menu on the window as they sell out of things which I think would be helpful for people trying to plan their order ahead/gauge if the line is worth it! Really NOT trying to be a Karen just trying to help people plan for future visits (don’t expect to get the full or even half the menu unless you are there at opening). But really delicious items and I understand they are new and a small business so I will continue to support 🤍

Technically very strong pastries and flavors perfectly balanced. 5/5 Guava tart - lives up to the hype Polenta kumquat - perfect texture and citrus combo Sesame choux - maybe slightly overpriced but very delicious. The light sesame flavor comes through beautifully. Gruyère & mustard croissant - solid flaky yet soft croissant, the punchy mustard is a great addition. Wish it had ham as well but amazing on its own too. Line goes quickly. Limited seating but can eat in the panhandle nearby.

Great new addition to the neighborhood. The focaccia is bomb, as is the chocolate sourdough cake. Part of the fun is walking in and seeing everyone who works here straight grinding (baking in real time). They mean business! Excited for them to expand their service hours so the lines are more tenable and the serving staff less stressed (and more personable)!
