Soli MAC and Cheese Akron

This place has it's pros and cons Pros: The mac and cheese is actually good. So are the egg rolls. The employees were nice. The food didn't take too long to make. It was $14 for a regular which is more than enough food. We probably could have ordered 1 and shared it. The food was Halal for anyone who may need it to be. Cons: It's not really an ideal place to sit and eat. The door was open and a hot day which lead to a mouse running through the sitting area while we waited in the hot stuffy room. Yeah, we still tried our food despite the mouse. Most places have critters, it's how you deal with them that matters. Only con to the mac was we had the sloppy joe kind and it was weirdly sweet. Too sweet in fact. We were visiting from out of town and opted to eat in the car because of the dining situation.

The portions were generous, the toppings were creative, and the service was super friendly. If you love comfort food, this place is an absolute must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Gracious this Mac and cheese is PHENOMENAL. Placed a take out order and the person on the phone was friendly and polite. She took the time to grab a manager when I had some food allergy questions. Food was piping hot, had the most amazing cheese top, and was thicc creamy perfection. Get the large if you order, it’s only a couple dollars more. This is a dive of a place on the inside, but in my opinion, these always have the best food. Can’t wait to go back!
