What a wonderful little coffe shop. The owner is notable, he is smart and inquisitive. He cares to know his customers and he is constantly greeting regulars by name as they walk in. He asks them questions that show he talks to them and cares about their story. The Vietnamese sourced beans as espresso was new for me. The owner was able to explain why he pulled the shots the way he did and why he was targeting a specific flavor profile, it allowed more appreciation of the experience. I also had the standard Banh mi / Vietnamese sandwich. It was delightfully simple. The flavors and ingredients all played nice together and nothing was overpowering. I highly recommend giving Somo T a try.

I love this new Vietnamese Cafe in Winter Park! Everything was fresh and delicious, reasonably priced. Yummy Banh Mi! The owners are friendly and it's great to learn that the coffee beans are roasted fresh daily, tasted great and totally satisfied our cravings! I actually like it better at So Mo T than the Vietnamese coffee in Vietnam

First time visiting and the staff were super kind! I’ve had cá phê from a bunch of different Viet cafes and restaurants but I enjoyed it the most here! Reading the other reviews, it’s apparent that not many people know what to expect when ordering Vietnamese Coffee, expecting it would taste like espresso not knowing it’s brewed and prepared differently. When I told the barista that this is my first time visiting they offered to dilute my drink if I didn’t enjoy it since it seems that not many people tolerate the strong taste of coffee but the cá phê was delicious!! In the photo, I ordered the Ube Coconut Iced Coffee and would highly recommend. If you are the type who has never had Vietnamese coffee or is not a huge coffee-drinker in general, I would recommend the White Coffee variant of the drink. They also have milk teas and other non-coffee menu items.
