Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I’ve been to Sooshibay about three times now and me and my family really like it there. The conveyor belt is fun and makes it easy to grab whatever looks good as it goes by. The miso and tonkotsu ramen are both delicious and best during the winter. The chashu is tender, and I also really like their perfectly cooked ramen egg as it adds flavor to the bowl. Overall it’s a chill spot with good food, and I’d definitely keep coming back.

10 out of 10. Clean, inexpensive comfort food and sushi on a rotating belt. The hostess was AMAZING, and the server was Super AMAZING! Definitely worth making another trip. I came during lunch around 4pm and it picked up quick.

Sushi was very tasty and reasonably priced. Good selection of nigiri and some very creative rolls. Service was friendly and attentive. Overall nice experience.
