Yesterday I was so excited to try Soul’s Kitchen at an event in Knightdale as I have to eat gluten and dairy free now and they have an amazing and unique menu! Yall, it was SO good I forgot to take a picture!!! Easily the best vegan food I’ve ever had! 😍 I ordered the shrimp po boy and I was so blown away at how amazingly delicious it was and it was also my first time trying oyster mushrooms. I’m addicted!! The owners of this truck are truly so sweet, kind and hardworking to make sure that you get the best quality and the fact that they will accommodate allergies is extra amazing! I can’t wait to run into yall again and try something else off your menu! Thank you!!
