I ate at Souper Salad many years ago in Southwest Houston and was thrilled to eat at this great restaurant again…this time in Pasadena. The wide selection of salads and soups were fresh and tasty. The breads were hot and delicious too. A great place for families seeking a healthy meal.

Lovely place. I found the options for the salads interesting and had peas with my salad for the first time and loved it! Will try that combo again for sure! Service was good, too. :) Very chill, the music wasn't too loud and it was a nice meal. Will 100% come back for a meal here. :D

This is one of my favorite spots for a quick, healthy meal. The salad bar is always fresh with tons of options, and the soups are warm, flavorful, and comforting. I love that I can customize everything just how I like it, and the little cornbread muffins are a must! It’s affordable, filling, and I always leave feeling good about what I ate. Definitely recommend for a casual, feel-good meal!
