South Ahan, Wonderful food, the chicken wings were terrific surprise (great flavors, crispy crunch but tender wings). Pho broth nice and rich. I do miss a Pho meat combo with lean steak, tripe and meatballs. We felt the fresh shrimp roll could have been a little better and they did not cut one roll in half. The only downside side is the service was slammed with a full house and lots of takeouts so we had to wipe down our own table and the table next to us wasn’t cleared for sometime. The food came within 15 minutes and was piping hot. The atmosphere and setting was nicely done. The restaurant has limited seating but they maximize their space nicely.

Finally got there for the first time yesterday, and we tried the phö, sticky chicken, and pad Thai. It hit the spot. It was served fast and hot and cheerfully. Portions were fantastic. Flavors were great. We all enjoyed what we had and the leftovers the next day. My only complaint is plastic forks.

2LEGIT!! I can’t believe I waited so long to try South Ahan. Incredible. In Columbia?!! The decor and ambiance is great, very clean and mod, though it is small. The staff were clean cut, well dressed, and friendly. The beef pho was on par with the best I’ve had from Nashville joints like Hoang Tofu or VN Pho. Huge portion. The beef itself was particularly delicious. Chicken egg rolls were piping hot and delicious. Food came out fast and was gingerly delivered to our table by friendly staff. I even loved the 80s pop music playlist. Can’t wait to go back. I will say the men’s bathroom needs a serious overhaul (and not because I just used it. ) 🚽
