I’ve been going to this one for a while. It’s near my job. I could rave about the food which is by far the best smoothie treat I’ve had. However this particular time I want to rave about an individual whose name I don’t know (tall, big guy with glasses and dark hair…worked Friday 1-9-25 at about 4:00 PM)… my order (which he didn’t make) was wrong. Coconut was added and I didn’t request it. He was very apologetic and wanted to make me a new one. I didn’t want to waste ingredients so I was willing to take it. He wanted me to call the person I was getting it for but I was surprising them with a smoothie. He was insistent on making it right but I was content. His desire to make it right and accommodate me for the inconvenience showed his care and concern for the customer (me). I was impressed by his quick action. I didn’t have to call a manager or be irate about it - not that I would anyway - he was just ready right there with a solution. He gave me a $5 “caught you being awesome” card and that’s was great as well. Thanks for showing leadership in this situation. To management: I gave the description so you can give him his accolades. Sorry I didn’t get his name.

My go to when I need a healthy meal replacement or "pick-me-up" in the afternoon. I mostly use the app and pick-up at the closest location to where I am traveling around NOVA for work. Love the consistent flavor and customer service at every location!
