Stopped in for carryout lunch. Was busy with a handful of people waiting on orders. Loved the gyro and french fries, delicious and very large portions. The gyro had lamb meat and the right amiunt of sauce and toppings. Can't wait to try some of their other items.

For a carryout only location that is extremely busy thestaff are friendly and helpful. The food is awsome and the portion sizes are well above averge for the price. It is honestly my guilty pleasure for food when i am in BG and the Hummus Heaven bowl is my go to. The only gripe with this store is they do not have a public restroom, and the closest one is approximately 3 or 4 doors down in a really run down laundry mat. I honestly looks like its straight outta the early 80s and hasnt been updated since. Straight time capsule. But as for the South side six carry out it seems well maintained and always well staffed.

This is theeeeee place to go if you love Gyro’s! Staff are wonderful and not afraid to chat with ya . I drive 25 miles just to get this Gyro ! I pass 25 other places that make them but not one competes with South Side 6 !
