First time visiting Soya, as soon as I walked in I could sense the atmosphere was going to be great. I came around 9:30PM so they already had music with DJ playing, plenty of people, the wait was not long at all, 10-15 mins at most. Our waiter Hany was amazing, she took care of us, her attitude was upbeat and she recommend a few options for us. Service was outstanding. The food was top notch, haven’t had sushi like this in a while. We ordered the Ika fried, it was crispy and the crispy noodles on top were also delicious not just for decoration. For main I had the plátano roll, it was soo good, had a sweet flavor to it, highly recommend it. For dessert we had the fried ice cream, the crust was my favorite part. Overall highly recommend Soya, will be coming back with friends

We had an amazing experience! Luis Velázquez provided outstanding service — he was attentive, kind, and very professional throughout our visit. He made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious — honestly, the best sushi we’ve ever had! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

It is a late review as we were here a few weeks ago. Clearly weeks later I am still thinking of this so I felt it deserves a 5 star review. We loved the food we ordered. Everything was delicious but the one food that got me thinking weeks later were the prawns. It was so crispy and delicate that we were able to eat the whole thing (yes including the tail)...which we have never experienced before. I have braces so it hurts to bite into things that are hard so for me to be able to eat it completely and enjoy it is amazing. Sauces were fantastic too. Highly recommend.
