Found this food truck recently. I’ve been here 3 times the last 2-3 months. Great amazing sushi! I haven’t tried their hibachi, but I bet it’s amazing too! Today being my third time, I got my usual. The order was messed up very likely due to me not paying attention while making my order, and the man running the truck was so kind and offered to make me a new one and keep what I had. He always gives me a cold can drink when I come so that’s so appreciated. I have already told so many people about this place, if you want amazing sushi come check it out! You can get any of the rolls they have to offer fried if you prefer too. I always do fried so yall better come check them out :) to the man running the truck, if you’re reading this, thank you! Super awesome food! Always tastes amazing! Hefty portion sizes. Chicken Teriyaki is my fav, but the Arkansas River Roll is quite tasty & spring rolls spectacular! Don’t forget the fresh ginger & yum yum sauce for the fried rice! Honestly, I order from here at least 2-3 times each week! I love, love, love it! The chefs are super sweet too! ** Try it! It won’t disappoint! **

Sushirito was absolutely amazing! He customized a pescatarian option for my husband and made me a delicious vegan bowl with white rice and fresh vegetables. His sushi-making skills are top-notch, a true reflection of his experience at Kemuri. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully crafted.
