Excerpts

It was by chance for us to land in this Thai restaurant. We were on our way back to Ventura from I5, and just looked for places to eat. We arrived at a Mexican restaurant with good review but discovered it was inside of a convenience store. We really wanted a real restaurant experience so we chose this restaurant as our next destination. It was only a few minutes away from the first one. It’s a small plaza with an end of service flower shop next to it. The restaurant looks delightful from outside with its bright coloring, and even prettier inside. There are two dinning areas. One next to the front desk and another tucked inside. Most people did a to-go purchase and from the look of it they were patrons. We ordered a few dishes on recommendation and they were really scrumptious. It was our first time to try out the crispy fried rice with the vege wrappings. You can taste everything Thai on it, mint, basil, vinegar and it was really crunchy! Pineapple fried rice included fresh pine apple and tomatoes, check check! The green curry was packed with meat and flavor, which is one of my to-go dish in a Thai restaurant, so I know I got a good one when I taste one! The sticky rice pan-cake was a new find for me. It reminds me of something we used to have in northern China growing up, very tasty for me! Then there were the mangos, ripe and sweet, we got two fresh mangos to go and a sticky rice mango desert too. Sooo good! I absolutely recommend this restaurant to anybody passing by or in the North Hollywood neighborhood. Can’t wait to get back and try out other dishes!

I never knew this place existed,I’ve lived in the area my whole life and only just noticed it today so I came by with a friend for some food and it was easily the best Thai food I’ve had in LA , and I’ve been to quite a few places through the years but this one stands out immediately. Definitely a place you don’t want to miss out on .
