I went to Star of India this evening and had such a great experience! I specifically asked for my garlic naan to be extra crispy and they made it absolutely perfect. It was exactly how I wanted it, golden, crispy, and full of flavor. I was genuinely so delighted! Honestly, nobody has ever gotten it this right before. They really paid attention to my request, and that made such a difference. Everything we ordered was fresh and so delicious. Great food, great attention to detail, and a place that actually listens to their customers. Highly recommend!

The food is the best I’ve had in the Yuba Sutter area. Although they were pretty busy with just one fella in the front, my boyfriend and I were greeted immediately with bottles of water. Order taken very quickly and entree’s started coming right away. Everything was delicious!

The best home style food in the downtown of Yuba City. Prices are more than pleasing. My wife ordered chicken tandoori and I ordered lamb curry with garlic naan and it was under 30 dollars. They served rice and bottled water for free. I don't know if they earned anything with us, but their prices and food quality makes us want to come back there again.
