I live in Greenfield and usually this Starbucks has good customer service. Most of the staff are friendly and respectful. Unfortunately, there is one employee who consistently ruins the experience. This employee, Dayann (as shown on her name tag), is repeatedly rude and unprofessional. On one visit, I had to report her to the manager after she made a very hurtful and inappropriate comment. Because I asked for extra space in my cup, she said that if I couldn’t afford the drinks, I shouldn’t be there. This comment made me feel really bad, embarrassed, and judged, as if she was calling me broke or saying I didn’t have money. No customer should ever be made to feel that way. What makes this worse is that it’s not just toward me. I have personally seen her be rude to other customers as well. She almost always has a bad attitude and an unfriendly expression, which makes the store feel unwelcoming. Because of this, I now prefer to drive to Soledad or King City just to avoid interacting with her. It’s not fair that customers have to leave their own town to feel comfortable buying coffee. I hope someone who truly cares about customer experience sees this review and addresses this issue. Customers deserve respect and kindness, not judgment or humiliation.

This is my favorite Starbucks! I come from King City to head to Salinas for work, so stopping here is a must! I would like to say that a barista by the name of Julian is always so sweet and kind. He’s so funny and filled with great conversations. I love when I stop by and he’s working! Also another barista she’s new but so sweet as well! I’m sorry I’ll try to ask for her name next time! They are always quick when I swing by! Great 10/10
