I went in today for a cheesesteak. Upon entering, there were employess huddled up by the drive thru. I wasn't greeted. I had to speak first to them. As the guy caahier came up to take my order, I asked questions pertaining to what size and type I wanted. I opted to go with the large Triple Cheesesteak with Naked fries. A female came to the grill to begin my order. I saw that there weren't enough veggies for a large sandwich, so I asked her for more veggies. She said, "You goin have to pay for it, as if to say I didn't have it. So I said No problem and the guy came back to register to ring me up for additional veggies. I noticed her looking and i said "can you put the veggies on the grill so they will be cooked with the first ones? To my surprise she said she was waiting for me to pay 🤑 Are you serious lady? I just bought $20 worth of food and you're gonna wait to see if I have an additional $1.30? At that point, her disposition and mannerisms with the giggling and unconcern about my order demanded that I request a refund. She was rude, crude, and thoroughly unattractive. I requested the Owner or GM contact information, and she handed me a blank piece of paper and said I AM THE GENERAL MANAGER, I said no you're not. I asked her name, she wouldn't give it to me so I told her I will find out and she said yeah you do that. The owner needs to seriously find someone who can better represent this business. This female didn't even attempt to descalate the situation. I will drive out of my way to patronize any different Steak Escape other than this one.

The worst steak escape ever!!!! Order my my young lady repeated bk to me my Order. Get to pick up window my sandwich had ranch on it which I stated no rach..ok cool accidents happen sat there another 15m for them to make another sandwich wrong again no cheese or onion 😕 well dam no hey here is a drink or a fry while u wait nothing. They really try and cut corners not giving what u pay for..I'll give A plus for messing my food not 1 but 2x. Oh don't worry I'll take miles to go elsewhere..pissed
