I really want to love this place because when my iced latte is made with fresh espresso shots, it’s excellent. I love that they’re also open before 7am which works for my schedule. However, I’ve now had two visits where, during a rush, my latte appeared to be made using concentrated espresso or coffee from the tap instead of pulled shots and it truly does not taste the same. I understand being busy, but a latte made with concentrate is a completely different drink. I would happily wait longer for a true espresso based latte. Consistency matters, especially at a local café, and I hope this is something they reconsider because the quality is there when it’s done right.

I visit Stonetower Brews regularly, and it’s become one of my favorite spots! The food is consistently excellent—the salads are fresh and flavorful, and the breakfast tacos are a real treat.
