On January 19th I was supposed to meet a friend at the Stoneware Cafe and asked a gentleman exactly where it was located in the Pottery Place. He said it was closed on Mondays but, since he was the owner, if I wished he would open it and make sandwiches for us. I wished, he did and we had a very nice lunch. Thank you very much.

I kept looking for gluten free options but didn’t want a pizza or a salad. I came across this cafe and ordered the chicken salad sandwich with gluten free bread. It was one of the best gluten free sandwiches I have had. The bread was so soft and didn’t fall apart! I highly suggest visiting this cafe!

-1 Confusing layout / lack of signage. -1 Small Portions ("Texas Toast" looked and tasted like pressed white bread). -1 Slow Service. Not sure why this place has such high ratings. We came on a Saturday for lunch, and the kitchen seemed pretty short staffed. This could be the reason for some of the issues. Food was obviously not outrageously priced by any means, but it was also not some incredible value as other reviews seem to claim. With limited food choices, what we had all tasted alright. Nothing to write home about.
