One of the best places around for pizza! The crust is a perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and the entire pizza itself is always so good. Love the sausage here! And definitely give the mac and cheese pizza a try - holy cow, it’s good. It’s best to make reservations on the busier nights and weekends, otherwise they have nice, large dining areas to accommodate groups of all sizes.

We hadn’t been to the Sun Prairie Sugar River yet. We stopped on our way to the airport. It was as delicious as the other locations, just as clean and had wonderful service. Well done Sugar River! You’re keeping a consistent experience that keeps us coming back!!

Good atmosphere, good food, and good service. You can’t go wrong when you choose to eat here! We all shared ate cheese bread. It was like a 10 inch pizza in itself. The cheese bread has a crispy crunchy cheesy baked outer edge. The cheese on top was golden brown and was just the right crispiness. It was very good plain or dipped in the marinara sauce. The kiddos really liked it too. There was plenty for everyone. Each of the kids were able to choose a kids meal for $5. Two kids chose the macaroni and cheese with fruit snacks and two chose the cheese pizza kids meals with fruit snacks. They each received a chocolate chip cookie with their meal. Our two that had cheese pizzas ate all of the pizza, the fruit snacks, and their chocolate chip cookies. Our two that had the macaroni and cheese were only able to eat half the bowl, but it was a very large bowl. The macaroni and cheese was not your grocery store box macaroni and cheese. It had good flavor, it was very creamy, and had a layer of baked cheese on top. The kids said it was very filling. My husband, our youngest kiddo we had with us, and I had a 12 inch meat lovers pizza with hand-tossed crust. The crust was crunchy around the edges and on the bottom. The meat and cheese on top was a little crispy and still moist and tasty too. We were very happy with the food. Our waitress was great too. She was at our table right after we sat down. She took our drink order and asked if we were ready to order when our drinks came out. We didn’t have to wait long for our appetizers or our food to come out. When my coffee was getting low she asked me if I wanted it filled. She was very attentive and friendly. We recommend Sugar River Pizza Company. It is a family friendly restaurant with great service and good food.
