Ever since the sign went up we were interested in this place, but to our dismay every time we were in the Hercules area it wasn't open yet. Finally checked it out today and it's... So good. We got a beef pastry which was perfectly warm and soft, a cream puff that was unique and perfectly cold, and a creme brulee doughnut that was great. 100 percent recommend, sugar toof might be the best bakery I've visited in the whole Bay area but I'll have to go back to confirm.

Mr. Jo is amazing. Always love there service and quality of sweets. I always get the banana cream pudding cupcake which never disappoints. Amazing energy of this place!!! Highly recommend!!!

The taro cupcake was really delicious. A bit on the sweet side, but the flavor was rich, fresh, and very smooth. I’d definitely come back for it.
