I was kind of hopeful for the beef chow fun. But it lacks any taste of authenticity, oil is up the roof. Not to mention at least 3-4 layers were stacked. It looks like they cut corners to cute the rice noodle to the same length or thaw it out correctly... I really wanted to like this but ended up throwing out $18 worth of noodles since the taste was also lacking. 干炒牛河。。 还不如赶炒油面疙瘩 好难吃
