Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

The food was very delicious fresh and filled with flavor. I really like that you can choose your meat for each ramen. I opted for the beef and it was truly awesome nice servings of meat, mixed with some hand pulled noodles, welll worth it. We also tried the beef roll, which was really great too, if you like scallion pancakes, just picture the pancake a little thinner and wrapped around tender slices of beef.

The Hell Ramen is a Top 5 Ramen I have had and I really enjoyed it! Their rolls are solid and standard and the Kani Salad is pretty good as well. Service and atmosphere here are okay. Nothing crazy just the typical Japanese restaurant, solid place for Abilene.
