Superba Food + Bread Hollywood is a lovely place. I visited this spot with my friend for breakfast. I ordered coffee and a tuna sandwich. The sandwich was very tasty, and the coffee was also delicious. I was very happy with my visit. We did not make a reservation, but they seated us on the terrace, just as we wanted. The staff was friendly and polite. The terrace is very nice, and the place itself is beautiful.

Our waitress was super nice and I liked the concept of freshly baked carbs, but the food was very meh. We ordered a cinnamon roll and a levain bread for the table and both were just fine; perhaps my expectations were too high but I thought that the breads would be better. I had the Superba bowl for my entree but it was on the bland side. They forgot to put chicken in my mom’s chicken salad, but they took it off the bill and remade her salad so that was nice and I’ll give them credit for that. The fried chicken sandwich was similarly on the bland side but I did like the fries. I had a matcha latte with oat milk on the side but for whatever reason, it made my stomach queasy. Overall, the location is really cute and the service is nice, but the food could be better.

Came for breakfast. Apparently the mosquitoes inside the restaurant had me for breakfast! Got a handful of mosquito bites during breakfast. Ugh. For those who get welts and allergic hives from mosquito bites, put on DEET before dining here. The food was tasty and slightly in the pricy side but the flavors of the food and freshness made it arguably worth it. The tables are CLOSE. I heard entire conversations from the tables next to us. If you're having affair, this is not where you'd bring a secret lover. 😂 Everyone around you will know. The drip coffee is acidic. Spanish Latte was tasty, though. Service was decent. Had to flag down a couple of times for beverage and check, but to their credit, it was weekend brunch time. The decorations are cute and the exposed beams lend a warm natural vibe to the dining area. The outdoor patio is cute and YMMV depending on the weather (cold after rain, hot in summer). Would go to eat there again, but next time, will be ready to fight mosquitoes. Fingers crossed that whoever was the mosquitoes' last meal(s) are healthy. 🤞
