Surcheros

I frequent this location often due to it being the only somewhat reasonably healthy option in the area during my lunch breaks. The food is consistently bland but service has been ok. I placed an online order today at 11:15 with a pickup time of 11:30. I got to the location around 11:35 and waited at the window for approximately 30 minutes… irritating but I understand that things get busy. Nice I opened the box, the quesadilla looked god awful. Folded in half and crammed into a box too small for it. I paid for extra meat and and a larger quesadilla, and by the looks of it, I got neither. $20 for something that looks like this is criminal. I won’t be going back any time soon.

Surcheros is a good place to get a meal except for this location. The restaurant needed cleaning. The food was what you expect from Surcheros. The service was a little off but not bad. This location gets a failing grade for housekeeping.

So on Feb 7, 2026 my fam and I have decided to give a break to surcheros and finally go and try it. Surroundings clean, as you walk up inside to counter clean and then boom! So, food taste pretty decent, service from the young kids was good, but holly God is that kitchen and counters are disgusting, it just looked liked it hasent been clean in a good amount of time, and that would be hard to tell since they haven't been open for that long. So this goes to owner or management please re-train your employees on the proper way to clean and maintain cleanliness during the shift.
