Wow, what a fine jewel. The limited menu picked our curiosity and we ended up having a wonderful dining experience. We tried and shared different excellent prepared dishes. Enjoyed them all. Each dish had a unique flavor combination, well presented and prepared. Althought we tried several dishes, we ended up with no left overs... Do I have to say more.. The service was excellent and we did not hear the noises complained in other reviews. Maybe it was because we were enjoying the experience. We will return with others.

Stumbled across this restaurant as I searched on open table for a reservation since we are visiting the area for business. Not only did the name catch my eye for obvious reasons, but it was the reviews that caught our attention. Food and service 10/10. Melissa the owner came by to greet us as we joked about our name similarities. If I lived here, I would definitely be a regular. We returned tonight to Sweet Melissa’s for a delicious dinner. We always order the fish stew which is exceptional. It is loaded with seafood and fish and a hearty flavorful sauce. Their grilled romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing is excellent. We miss Sweet Melisssa on Sanibel but are so glad they are on Fort Myers. We would highly recommend Sweet Melissa’s for anyone looking for a lovely evening out.
