Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Highly recommend this place. You can either use street parking in front, or the shops parking opposite. There is no reservation and they also wont let you get a table unless the full party is there. Everything was yum and reasonable priced. I did the half-half broth with one spicy. The service was great as well.

This place is golden 🤩 ! We came in for lunch after doing the Breast Cancer walk. It was so cold that morning so hot broth and tea was all I could think of lunch. We didn’t get the table made hotpot. Instead we ordered off the menu cause I was tired and hangry. We sat at the cute window seats and I ordered the chicken miso ramen which is a chicken based stock and a jasmine tea. My daughter got the chicken curry ramen with the japanese soda ramune. They both were great but I think the Miso was better. I didnt need to add anything else. The boiled egg inside the soup was superb. The waitress was attentive and seemed to magically show everytime I needed her. Like a mind reader. We are going back and this time I’m sitting at a hotpot table. I see they have vegetarian hot pots so I look forward to trying that.

Overall: B+ Food: A The food was excellent and the choice of various broth, meats, vegetables, and sauces is the best part of your experience here. By far, the highlight of the night. Atmosphere: B The atmosphere was great and welcoming. Great decoration and Asian culinary design. I really like the aesthetic. The tables are spaced enough so you don’t feed crowded. Service: C The service was unfortunately the slightly disappointing part of the experience. More than just eating food or a buffet style approach; hotpot style restaurants can be a little overwhelming for first timers. The menu is different because you gotta check things with a marker and the waiters barely interact with us. Honestly I don’t remember any of them ever making eye contact. Strange. Restrooms: B For this style of restaurant, it’s typical. A simple clean bathroom (nothing to rave about). Parking: C There’s no immediate parking, so you can either street park or park across the street in a shopping center parking lot. It’s not far; but it’s annoying thing to have to do.
