This was my first and last visit, despite being located just minutes from my new business. The service was off-putting from the very first minute, and the pricing is dishonest. The menu prices are outdated, so you are charged more at the register than what is listed, plus a surprise credit card fee they don't disclose. I paid $6 for a 'house' pour-over that was poorly executed; the barista kept walking away to do other things, leaving the coffee sitting for 2-minute intervals between pours. Not worth the high rating.

Had to ring the bell for service, but things seemed slow in the afternoon. Proprietor was working the toaster in back so that's understandable. Good drip coffee. Good pastry, could have offered to warm it up, but still tasty. Got a pound of Guatemala Antigua dark roast beans. They were outstanding. Worth every penny.
