What a wonderful addition to our Carbondale community! Taste and Live is delicious! I typically do not follow a strictly vegetarian diet, and this food is amazing!! Anytime I see her out at events or the Farmers Market I have to stop. My favorite dish is the Black Magic Burger paired with either street corn, beet fries, grilled eggplant, or the loaded fries. The drinks are just as wonderful-and I am partial to the Ginger Lime. Taste and Live also has seasonings for home and a cookbook. Wonderful lady, wonderful passion, wonderful food that makes you feel great!

Me wife and I had the Philly Cheese Steak with Jamaican Heat Curry yesterday at the farmers market. It was delicious! So were the frites. Also has a wonderful conversation with the owner. It is great to have a good vegetarian food truck in Carbondale.

We were thrilled to see a vegetarian option in Carbondale! She’s across from Domino’s. We had the black bean fajitas and they were PHENOMENAL. The flavors were spot on, the sauces excellent, and the veggies perfectly charred. We’re so excited to have a spot for fresh grilled vegetarian food! It hits the spot! We also got the lemon and ginger lime shakeups, thinking that they’d be fresh drinks to match the healthier vegetarian vibe. Way way too much sugar for us, and they weren’t as fresh tasting as we’d hoped—if it’s your thing that’s all good, just know not to expect a tangy fresh squeezed kind of vibe.
