You want to impress your date? this is a dining experience like I have never experienced. This is not just an eight course meal, it’s a historical, cultural and immersive art experience in one. Every dish comes with a beautiful story that honors the history, seasons, nature in Tibet. Once you hear the story and then take a bite it perfectly matches what was just described. The foods and ingredients are unlike anything I’ve even heard of. I can’t believe foods like this exist and most of us have never tried them. Think of it like wine tasting, where descriptions and stories are explained that aren’t related to taste or flavors at all, but as soon as you taste a bit of it, it all comes together and completely makes sense. Like I don’t know what snowy mountains or the mercy of crop growing through mild winters taste like, but as soon as I took a bite, I could taste the honor of luscious grasslands and emotion of the historic stories from a culture that was being shared with us.
