Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I have to say, the food from the Taste of India food truck has been by far the best Indian food my husband and I have ever tasted. I have been to multiple states and tried different Indian restaurants. California, Florida, South Carolina, but the one from KS was the best. They are so neat, clean and organized, and their food makes you leak your fingers lol. Definitely we recommend them 💯

i Use to love coming here, but they shut down for like a few months then opened back up and its not the same, i got the same thing every time and just went back and its completely different. I got the peppers Fry curry and there is no curry type its just chicken with seasoning. I wish the old cooks was back it will not be the same

Ordered spicy and mild vindaloo, butter chicken, both naans and veggie mimosas. The guy that took our order was a complete gentleman to my wife and I. Helped gauge our spice levels and made recommendations. Always had a smile on his face, extremely friendly. He said a twenty minute wait, took fifteen or less. The portion sizes are enough for two people per entree. We got three and now have plenty of delicious leftovers. Yes the food is delicious. I preferred the spicy vindaloo over the butter and non spicy variant but all were delicious. The garlic naan is superior but the plain goes especially well with dipping. The mimosa wasn’t for me but my wife absolutely loved them. To sum it up, we’ll definitely be repeat customers.
