Our first visit to Tavern at Mission Farms was a truly delightful experience and a perfect way to enjoy Kansas City Restaurant Week. I made our reservation online that morning for a lunchtime visit, and everything from check in to seating was smooth and welcoming. The atmosphere was polished but comfortable, making it an easy place to relax and enjoy a great meal. My husband could not resist ordering the eggs benedict, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, and it was exactly what you hope for when ordering a classic brunch favorite. I ordered from the Kansas City Restaurant Week menu, and we both started with the huge wedge salad. It was generously dressed with blue cheese dressing and loaded with bacon, fresh tomatoes, and a mound of crispy onion straws that added wonderful crunch and flavor. Even the little dinner roll was a nice extra treat that made the meal feel special. For my second course, I chose the Thai Bowl with rice noodles, broccolini, red pepper, napa cabbage, cashews, scallion, cilantro, coconut chili sauce, and soy glaze with added chicken. The chicken was incredibly tender, and the dish was full of bold, well balanced flavor. It was filling without being too heavy, which was perfect for lunch. Everything about our visit, from the service to the food, made us eager to return. Tavern at Mission Farms made a fantastic first impression, and we will absolutely be back.

Was taken here by my friend to have a catch up. It was late afternoon. It was perfect. It's a beautiful place, atmosphere was friendly. Our server, whose name I have forgotten, was very sweet. She even gave me a free dessert to take away, as it was my birthday. Can't ask for nicer than that! We had the sliders and they were delicious. My first ever Lemon Martini hit the spot too! By the time we left it was getting very busy, so if you're going in the evening, I suggest you book ahead. Enjoy!

No complaints here! Was seated quickly in this Kansas City hotspot and had quality service the entire evening. Great place for meal with colleagues or a date. The honey chicken sandwich was excellent (fries could use some work) and my family members enjoyed the salads they ordered. Have a nice drink menu, with good selection of bottles. No beers on tap though. Indoor and outdoor seating, reservations are preferred here. The restaurant and bathroom facilities are clean. Parking and wheel chair accessible facilities available.
