I've been a fan of their other locations, and so naturally I was super happy when I found out there was a location in Lynnwood. I personally think this location is the best one I've eaten at. There are some differences. They have most items that are on the menu at their Bellevue location, minus their sourkraut fish and takoyaki. I was also happy to see that they have the fried brown sugar rice cakes, and pig ear in chili oil available that weren't available in their Bellevue location. The platter they give you to add to your soup also had some changes. Instead of tofu skin, they give you fried tofu. Instead of ham, they give spam. I actually really liked these changes. If you're trying to add Basa fish, unfortunately they do not have any available, but they do have snakehead. I tried the golden hot and sour soup with snakehead fish, and it was actually spicier than other locations. Maybe ask for it dialed down if you are not expecting it to be spicier than the soup at other locations. Service was good.
