Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I went for the first time to celebrate my birthday tonight! I have multiple food allergies and some current health concerns, and Thai cuisine seemed like a good choice. Dinner was excellent! My family members who were with me tend to be less adventurous in their cuisine choices than I am, but we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals AND had enough to take home for another meal. Pad See Eaw, Shiitake Chicken, Chicken Satay, and veggie dumplings (fried) were enjoyed before we finished with a plate of mango sticky rice. The hostess Stephanie and our server Gina both provided an excellent experience! I prepared a list of dishes I was interested in, and Gina was able to answer all of my questions about my dietary needs. I was pleased to learn that almost all of my selections were available to meet my dietary restrictions. While this was our first visit, our whole party agreed that it will not be our last! We dined in, but the restaurant appears to do thriving carryout business as well.

This was my second time coming to Thai House. The food is very good, huge portions and fairly priced. Our wait time to even place our order was over 20 minutes. By time we got our order, 2 of the meals came out together and my noodles were cold on top. We had to wait another 5-10 minutes for the 3rd meal. To make matters more annoying two other tables that were sat after us had their food and were gone by time we received our meals and were done. They did comp our dumplings however I personally feel like more could have been done.

First time and it was okay. Placed the order online for pickup. The parking lot is a massive crater, be careful of your vehicles. The food however was ready when I got there. Ordered the appetizer sampler, pad thai noodles and house fried rice. I added shrimp to both the rice and noodles dishes. Talk about skimping! Each dish only had 3 shrimp! Smh. The eggrolls were soggy, the crab rangoon was nothing spectacular. The noodles were just okay but dry. We will try other Thai restaurants in the city, this one was not it. 3 stars for easy online order, fast pickup and good customer service.
