I’ve been going to Thai Orchid for years. Like, decades. I can’t believe I haven’t written a review. I used to go there when it was in a different location in downtown Vancouver. Anyway, if you like Thai food and you haven’t been, GO. The food is amazing. The service is amazing. The prices are good. The bathrooms are spotless. The plants add a nice vibe. There is PLENTY of seating. There is free parking in front of the restaurant. There is also street parking (free on Sundays anyway). Thai Orchid is a mainstay in downtown Vancouver and MUST-VISIT.

I placed a to go order and was able to sit and chat with the hostess for a while and she was absolutely wonderful. I was unsure of what I wanted and she explained most of the dishes and gave me a recommendation based on what I typically like and just went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my choice! The food was great and I can’t wait to come back and try a few more dishes! I loved the packaging as well and it helped maintained the foods temperature!

They have a lot of vegan options and it’s easy to tell which ones are vegan and you can ask it without egg. They have sushi but also Thai food. 🇹🇭🇯🇵 COCONUT TOFU was crispy and good!🥥 Other foods are also nice too! For me their foods are a little bit too salty😅🧂 but I still like it.
